Earl B. Feiden Inc. is a full service appliance store with a long history in the community, and pioneers of the home-appliance industry.

Our company was founded in 1926, when Earl B. Feiden decided to venture into a new frontier- home appliances.  After many years in the ice and coal business, supplied from his father’s pond in Latham, NY, Mr. Feiden recognized the need to change with the times.  He began selling the new mechanical refrigerator out of his garage at the family homestead.

With the passing of years, Earl Feiden often dreamed of a more central location where he could build a store to accommodate the growing appliance market. 

In January 1947 Earl B. Feiden’s dreams became a reality when he opened the doors of his new store on the well-known “Latham Circle”.   Today our store still stands at the same location, 785 New Loudon Road (Route 9).

In 1986, we expanded our family business to Kingston, NY in order to satisfy the need of the growing market in the Mid-Hudson Valley Region.  Our store is located at 661 Broadway, in historic Midtown Kingston. With the addition of this location, we are able to expand our business to encompass an extensive portion of New York State. 

Our long-standing reputation for providing the finest in home appliances, as well as our commitment to customer satisfaction, is the cornerstone of our business still today.

Today with the dedication and hard work of our employees, we are able to offer our customers a team of knowledgeable professionals unsurpassed in the industry!
